This is your chance to race on the same track as ALMS, Speed World Challenge and Champ Car who will be racing at PIR the following weekend. Are you up to the challenge of the famous Festival Turns?

“Get a MASSIVE amount of track time!” SCCA licensed racers have the opportunity to race in both National and Regional races thoroughout the weekend, including one grid with classes just for Porsches. Stand on the top step of the podium in your Porsche if you’re fast enough.

Paddock Parking Information

This is a very large event and paddock space is very tight. There will be nearly 500 race cars at PIR for the weekend. We will be able to accommodate all PCA cars on paved paddock space provided that we average 24’ x 20’ per car. This should be easy to do but we need to work together to make this happen. To be on paved paddock space, all rigs need to be at PIR no later than noon on Thursday, May 30th and preferably earlier than that. Any tractor-trailers need to be at the gate at 7:00 am. Do not underestimate the importance of being at the track by the times listed. For cars arriving late, there is ample grass pit space which many of us have used in past years. Peggy Walker will be sending email to each entrant to get space requirements for each car. Please respond quickly to that information request. If you have the ability to have multiple cars work out of a single trailer, please do so. It will give us some buffer for other cars. Obviously, tow rigs and support vehicles will not be allowed to park in the paddock area. There is space to put open trailers once you have unloaded from them.

Test & Tune Information

Thursday, May 31st will be a test and tune day at the track. Registration will be handled at the track that morning. There will be plenty of track time for all who are interested in participating. If you are planning on attending the test and tune, please be at the track entrance at 7:00 am on Thursday to ensure that you have time to move into the paddock (this is a fairly slow process for this event) and get registered and on track in time for the morning sessions.
